Our Catering Prep Area is a semi-commercial kitchen space designed to support your event catering needs. Equipped with the essentials for food preparation, storage, and staging, it gives your caterers or self-catering team a dedicated space to work from without disrupting your event.A servery window opens directly into the Dining Room, allowing caterers to serve straight through with minimal hassle. The area also houses our First Aid kit, keeping it close at hand throughout your event.Please note that this space is not designed for complete cooking or food preparation from scratch. Available equipment includes a large fridge, 4 bar fridges, an oven, a steamer, 2 sinks, a dishwasher, 2 plate trolleys, a microwave, plenty of cabinet space for temporary storage, and plenty of countertop space.
